QUAD 12" LOW FREQUENCY MODULES

These low frequency modules with their Quad-12 doublet design add low frequency output and directional control when used with ST5M2 and STX5M2 mid-high modules and ST5/STX5, ST6/STX6, ST7/STX7, ST8/STX8 and ST9/STX9 full range loudspeakers.

They share the same footprint and offer the same high performance. Their unique Quad-12 doublet design provides outstanding bass performance and excellent directional control in both the vertical and horizontal planes.

The ST5L is powered by the PM-1L PowerNet Amplifier. The STX5L is non-powered.

• ST5L Self-Powered Low Frequency Module

With integral PM-1L Amplifier and loudspeaker specific processing and protection. Also available with CobraNet digital audio input and with R-Control - computer supervision and control.

• STX5L Externally Powered Low Frequency Module

Same high performance as the ST5L only externally powered. Rated at 4000 Watts program @ 2 Ohms.

• High Power, High Performance 12" Woofers

Deliver accurate 40 Hz to 500 Hz response, 143 db peak SPL.

• Quad-12" Doublet Design

Provides excellent low frequency directional control in both the vertical and horizontal planes.

• Trapezoidal Enclosures

Share the same footprint as their companion ST/STX5M2 mid-high loudspeaker modules and the ST/STX5, ST/STX6, ST/STX7, ST/STX8 and ST/STX9 full range loudspeaker systems.

Applications

• Virtually any application where low frequency directional control and arrayability are critical issues and outstanding sonic performance is required.

• Distributed systems in sports arenas and stadiums, multichannel A/V playback systems, live sound and music systems in clubs and disco's (with associated ST/STX5M2 mid-high modules and full range ST/STX5, ST/STX6, ST/STX7 and ST/STX9 loudspeaker systems.)

• Array modules for theatrical and concert sound systems, sound reinforcement systems in Houses of Worship. performing art centers, etc.
