The loudspeaker database in EASE is an open database and both Renkus-Heinz and ADA have encouraged all loudspeaker manufacturers to supply data on their loudspeaker systems. The current database includes data on over 1000 loudspeakers from over 60 manufacturers with more manufacturers and loudspeakers are being added on a regular basis.

EASE and EASE JR users can also add other loudspeakers to the database either by entering the data themselves or by downloading from the web the EASE data files many manufacturers have posted on their websites.

Sound sources other than loudspeakers:

The Speaker Database also includes data files for both male and female voices.

Although no musical instruments are included in the database, the database’s open format allows their addition.
