The EASE Speaker Database file includes attenuation (directivity measurements) and phase data taken in 5 degree increments at 1/3 octave intervals from 100 Hz to 10,000 Hz. Data for the entire sphere is included to allow the program to correctly model non-symmetrical loudspeakers.

EASE uses this information to calculate and display the loudspeaker’s Directivity, "Q", Efficiency and Maximum SPL characteristics in a variety of eye catching and informative displays..

The Speaker data file also includes a large number of 3D wire-frame drawings that can be displayed in the room models and used in the creation of multi-cabinet arrays.

The program also allows users to create their own wire-frame drawings if the loudspeaker’s manufacturer did not provide one.
