Draw with Prototypes |
 |
Prototype Rooms offer another
way to drastically reduce the mount of time needed to construct
a working room model.
Both EASE and EASE JR come with a library of 33 Prototype
Rooms whose dimensions can be easily changed to correspond
to the room you are modeling. The Theater prototype room shown
below is one of the 33. |
Any of the room dimensions
can be quickly and easily changed by clicking on it in the
associated dimensional chart and inserting the new dimension.
When all the dimensions are correct, clicking on OK turns
the prototype into a working EASE model that can be further
customized to conform to the room being modeled.
In the drawing below the front of the room has been widened
and the balcony raised. It took less than a minute to do this. |
Note that prototype models
include Audience Areas, Listener Seats and Loudspeakers. There
is no faster way to create a working model than the use of
Prototypes when one of the prototype rooms is close to the
room being modeled. |
