A primary factor in many of the EASE and EASE JR electro-acoustic simulations is the RT Time. Both EASE and EASE JR calculate the rooms RT time based on the Room’s volume and average absorption coefficient using the formulas developed by either Eyring or Sabine. As you can see from the RT curves shown above, the two formulas yield similar but not identical results.

The Calculations also take into account the Temperature, Humidity and Barometric Pressure.
