REFERENCE POINT ARRAYS |
We have succeeded in reducing the complexity of working with
complicated clusters to the level of working with a single box.
That’s the concept driving Renkus-Heinz engineering as
we develop each new Reference Point Array (RPA). Our proprietary
TRue Array Principle (TRAP) practically eliminates interference
between adjacent horns.
Purpose-designed R-Hang hardware precisely controls the location
and orientation of each cabinet. Array-Specific Processing optimizes
low frequency directionality and coherency: all parameters are
dialed in at our test and measurement facility. Internal intelligent
amplification or rack mount amplifier/controllers with pre-configured
wiring makes sure that each carefully processed signal is delivered
to the right set of transducers. |
Finally, the entire array is assembled and its performance verified
before shipping. When the entire system comes from one source,
it can function as a single acoustic source. All you do is put
it back together, plug it in, turn it on and walk the room.
